Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin, Cha-Am

I stayed at a resort hotel that had its ups and downs. The beach front location was beautiful and the staff was always smiling, but the overall cleanliness and service could use improvement. The pool was a bit dirty and the lift rides were bumpy, which was disappointing. Still, it's a good place for families with kids thanks to the activities on offer.

The hotel has a stunning view and a great pool area, perfect for families. However, some facilities were in need of maintenance, and the dining experience lacked variety. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay but could use improvements in certain areas.
