i stayed for three nights. the staff upgraded my room. the room was really nice and the view was awesome!!! all the staff members were kind and helpful. i really appreciated that they provided many activities and my kids loved it.
access was only possible by numerous stairs. this was slightly inconvenient with luggage.

the beautiful king room ocean view included a large comfortable bed and a separate seating area with a sofa. the balcony offered unobstructed views of the sea, and there was also fast, reliable wifi throughout the room.

we stayed in the 2 rooms penthouse! it was a huge space, perfect for my family. the penthouse is on the top floor and features a big balcony with a crazy view. the photos online do not fully capture how great this penthouse really is. the swimming pool felt almost private, since the hotel wasn't crowded.
i had to reactivate my key cards multiple times .

the room had good bed, and i liked the ocean view. lots activities for kids here. breakfast had fresh air.
as a smoker, it was not allowed to smoke on my balcony. i had to go downstairs to a smoking area. i get bitten by mosquitoes.

the swimming pool is very nice, surroundings of the swimming area are fine. the hotel provided different activities. parking is also large and available for many cars which make it easy to transport your car.
